Proje Özeti

The primary goal of the AI-CRAFT project is to transform our young people in vocational education from “passive consumers” of artificial intelligence into “ethical technology producers” who skillfully utilize it in their professions. In doing so, we are not eliminating the traditional workshop culture and master-apprentice relationship; on the contrary, we are building a

“Master-Machine” ecosystem that is fully aligned with Europe's skills-first workforce goals.

To achieve this vision, we are transforming our consortium's unique field and academic strength into 4 concrete outputs

(PR):

1. Breaking the “Black Box” Illusion (PR1 - Glass Box Curriculum): Under the academic leadership of our coordinator, Istanbul Gelişim University (IGU), we will teach students not only how to use an application, but also the logic of algorithms and “Requirement Engineering” specific to their professions (CNC, software, etc.). This curriculum will be tested in the

dynamic classrooms of Sancaktepe Nurettin Topçu Anatolian High School, Fatih Kadırga MTAL, and our local partner Özel Çamlıca Erdem Yazılım High School, and adapted to the realities of the field.

2. Making Invisible Skills Visible (PR2 - Decentralized Talent Wallet): We will convert our young people's manual labor in workshops and informal projects into internationally recognized digital badges. The high-level technical infrastructure developed by KLIKSOFT from Turkey will be seamlessly integrated with the European Learning Model (ELM) and Europass

thanks to the Brussels-based policy advocacy of EDI from Belgium.

3. Bringing Tradition and Technology Together (PR3 - Master-Machine Synergy STEM Kits): Our goal is not to sacrifice manual skills to algorithms. With the inclusive education vision of our Portuguese partner EDUGEP, we are designing accessible task kits that students will design with GenAI and produce in workshops using traditional tools under the guidance of a master.

4. Transforming Teachers into “AI Orchestrators” (PR4): Thanks to the pedagogical guide we will prepare with the contribution of the entire consortium, we will save our teachers from being “technology police” looking for plagiarism in assignments and turn them into mentors who manage AI in the classroom in a visionary way.
