Proje Özeti

The project was effectively promoted with the contributions of our partner Refugees Association and the project's official Instagram account (See https://www.instagram.com/mybusinesspartner.igu/) and website (see https://mybusinesspartner.org/tr/administrative-homepage) was prepared to be used at the point of dissemination of the project's aims, objectives and activities at the national and international level after the project contract processes completed and the implementation process started. Additionally, a formal letter was sent to higher education institutions in Istanbul, and students who are interested in entrepreneurship were requested to include in the project. Furthermore, in order to reach more SuTP entrepreneurs/entrepreneur candidates, a letter was written to the Istanbul Provincial Migration Administration and it was disseminated. Within the framework of this entire dissemination process, the project received more than the targeted interest, and 81 mentors and 64 SuTPs applied to participate in the Project. After the determination of the participants as a result of the evaluations, in order to integrate the target audience of the Project, Syrians under temporary protection, into social and economic life, 6 training activities that were stated in the project proposal text (Effective Communication and Body Language, Stress and Time Management, Pre-Accounting, Commercial Law Summary Information, Business, and Brand Management, KOSGEB Grant Incentives) held with the intense interest and participation of the participants. Aiming to increase the permanence of the theoretical training, workshop activities were started to be implemented within the activity calendar that was presented in the project proposal text. In this respect, practices on communication and cooperation were implemented. As a consequence of the implemented training and workshop activities, evaluation surveys were applied to maintain the quality of the activities. At the same time, with the beginning of the publication of the “Who is a Syrian Refugee?” broadcast, awareness-raising activities continued in terms of contribution to the social inclusion process.
