Özet

Artificial intelligence (AI) has become increasingly integrated into Strategic Decision Support Systems (SDSSs), enhancing organizational decision-making through data analysis, modeling, and simulation. By leveraging techniques such as Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), Natural language processing, and expert systems, AI enables the processing of large datasets to support informed strategic planning. This improves managers’ ability to predict trends, develop scenarios, and respond rapidly to market changes. A critical aspect of this advancement is human–machine collaboration, which combines AI’s analytical power with human creativity and ethical judgement to strengthen strategic decision processes. This collaboration increases efficiency by automating routine tasks, allowing human managers to focus on complex and innovative strategies. However, challenges such as trust in AI recommendations, the need for comprehensive managerial training, data security concerns, and algorithmic biases threaten the effectiveness of these systems. Future SDSSs are expected to feature more autonomous AI components, real-time data analysis, and intuitive human–AI interaction, making ethical oversight essential. Overall, integrating AI into SDSSs represents not only technological innovation but also organizational transformation. Successfully managing this transformation will be vital for organizations seeking competitive advantage and sustainable success.
