INTERNATIONAL GEVHER NESIBE HEALTH SCIENCES CONFERENCE-XIV, Ankara, Türkiye, 1 - 02 Mart 2025, ss.50-51, (Özet Bildiri)
This
work; In the thesis process of postgraduate education, the graduate study was
carried out in the study named "Ethical Evaluation of Pharmaceutical
Marketing Activities" in order to identify the problems they encounter in
the health sector and to make suggestions to solve these problems.
The
sample of the study is an ethical scale (5 questions, binary (not
ethical-ethyl)) and 280 behaviors that are heard or known about drug marketing
activities (5 questions, 5-point likert) The questionnaire consisting of 4
parts was used. In order to evaluate the results of the survey form, the Model
of the Research Causal-comparative pattern was used in the research. Kolmogorov-Simirnov and Shapiro-Wilk normal
distribution were performed. As a
result of these tests, non-parametric methods that do not require normal
distribution were used in the analyzes. In the group difference analysis,
Mann-Whitney-U test, which has a non-parametric equivalent and shows
suitability for the 2-group, was used instead of the t test for two groups.
Kruskal-Wallis test was applied for more than two groups. Mean rank values
were examined in determining the source of significant differences and mean
values were also given.
The
differences in age do not change our result. It is concluded that this
marketing strategy is beneficial to the general public health considering that
the majority of physicians constitute the suggestion that I use the sample
drugs given by the pharmaceutical companies to the poor patients. We think that
our study will shed light on future studies and raise awareness of healthcare
workers, companies and people who produce medicines in terms of drug
consumption.
