This research aims to examine the concept of the "Internet of Things" from a bibliographical point of view and to evaluate the studies on it. The publications published in Web of Science between 1998-2023 were analyzed by bibliographic analysis method. 261 studies were analyzed with VOSviewer according to the parameters of documents, sources, authors, institutions, countries, and keywords. At the end of the analysis, the documents with the highest number of links; are Lopes de Sousa Jabbour et. al. (2018)., Wang (2022a), and Qiu (2015). The journal with the highest total link strength is Ieee Access (23)., The most cited 24 articles and 865 cited authors Huang, George Q., The most co-cited authors Zhang, YF, (61); Zhong, RY (44) and Qu T. (29). Hong Kong University has received 30 works, 1053 citations. When we look at the citations among the countries in the IoT research, it is seen that the continents of Asia, Europe, and the USA are mostly cited. Looking at the most frequently used keywords in related publications on the Internet of Things, it is "Internet of Things" with 75 repetitions. The Internet of Things is very important in logistics and bibliometric research on this subject will shed light on students, academics, and companies.
