E-learning and distance education implementations are developing rapidly according to today's learning needs. In this context, e-learning materials in the world is emerging on many platforms. According to the enriched blended learning approach, more than one type of material is intended for use in the learning environment for mass education. In parallel to this, distance education program carried out in Turkey; online courses and course materials at least available in pdf format and this has become mandatory. Besides, how students who are the target audience use these materials is important. At the same time the materials which is needed by the target audience can be used to determine which materials can show the way in education. On the other hand, it is expected to contribute to measuring of training efficiency. In this perspective, the utilization rate by the target audience of the course materials is important in terms of learning.
