THE ROLE OF CHANGE
READINESS AND DIGITAL CULTURE IN THE IMPACT OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
PERCEPTION ON NETWORKING AND INNOVATIVE BEHAVIOR IN ORGANIZATIONS
Abstract
The
aim of the study is to examine the role of readiness for change and digital
culture on the impact of digital transformation perception on networking and
innovative behaviors in organizations. Thanks to the results of the study, organizations
can obtain practical implications for the effective management and
implementation of digital transformation processes. In order to be successful
in digital transformation processes, organizations can understand the
importance of being ready for change and adopting digital culture, as well as
encouraging networking and innovative behaviors, and create new strategies
regarding this. This study can guide leaders and managers on what they should
pay attention to when developing digital transformation strategies. Thus, this
study can help organizations gain competitive advantage and achieve sustainable
success in the digital age. In this context, the study is important. Digital
transformation has become an inevitable reality, even a necessity, in today's
business world. How organizations adapt to this transformation process can
determine their long-term success and competitiveness. Networking and
innovative behaviors can be critical for organizations to make the most of
digital transformation. In this transformation process, factors such as how
ready organizations are for change and how much they have adopted digital
culture can also support the effectiveness of these processes. Therefore, the
effects and relationships between these variables are very important. In this
context, the rationale for the study is that the effects and relationships
between these five variables are very important and no study has been found
focusing on these variables. By examining these dynamics in depth, the study
can make significant contributions to both the academic world and the way
organizations do business. In particular, by addressing the mediating and
moderating role of readiness for change and digital culture, it can emphasize
the critical importance of these two factors in digital transformation
processes and fill the gap in the literature. It can also guide researchers for
new research and help organizations achieve sustainable success.
