The increase in demand for cross-border dental treatment reflects not only individual patient preferences but also the transformation of global healthcare delivery models. To understand the multi-layered nature of this transformation, this book chapter aims to examine the dimensions of dental tourism—service delivery, organizational operations, and patient experience—using a holistic approach. In this context, the aim of this chapter is to examine the dynamics of dental tourism within a comprehensive framework by utilizing bibliometric analysis, document analysis, and SWOT analysis methods, based on existing research in the literature. To achieve the objective of the research, 70 studies retrieved from WoS were first examined using bibliometric analysis. Of these studies, the 10 most cited studies were subjected to document analysis. In the final stage of the research, a SWOT analysis was performed based on the studies examined. The findings of the research may provide insights for strategic planning in the dental tourism market.
