The Role Of Organizational Citizenship Behavior In The Effect Of Artificial Intelligence Anxiety On Job Satisfaction The aim of this study is to examine the role of organizational citizenship behavior in the effect of artificial intelligence (AI) anxiety on job satisfaction. The rationale for the research is to gain deeper insights into how the anxieties arising from the increasing prevalence of AI influence employees' job satisfaction. The study contributes to the literature by offering a new perspective on the impacts of AI on job satisfaction and the role of organizational citizenship behavior in this process. Initially, the study addresses organizational theories explaining the relationships between the variables, followed by a review of previous studies focusing on these relationships. The data for the study were collected through a survey administered to a total of 85 employees working in an automotive company in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. Quantitative research techniques were employed as the methodology for this study. The findings of the research reveal that AI anxiety has a significant and negative effect on job satisfaction. Similarly, AI anxiety significantly and negatively affects organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational citizenship behavior, on the other hand, has a significant and positive effect on job satisfaction. However
