Özet

This study analyzes the relationship between project management, human resources practices and employee experience in the consturction industry. The study defines architecture as an interdisciplinary field that requires both creative vision and systematic application and emphasizes the importance of integrated management techniques in ensuring project success. Project management is considered as a holistic framework that includes planning, coordination, resource optimization and risk reduction. In this context, human resources management is not only an administrative function but also a strategic facilitator that supports talent acquisition, continuous professional development and employee motivation. The employee experience dimension is emphasized and the effects of elements such as job security, autonomy and training on team performance and institutional adaptation are revealed. This study also draws attention to the strategic benefits of integrating new graduates into project teams and argues that these individuals contribute with their technological competence, adaptability and innovative potential. This research, which is conducted by synthesizing current literature and practical approaches, argues that knowledge-intensive, diverse and dynamically managed teams increase not only operational efficiency but also the long-term sustainability and innovation capacity of architectural practice.
