Technological advances in the 21st century have led to the emergence of smart cities that aim to improve urban life. Generative AI is a significant leap in AI technology that offers capabilities that can transform urban life. The concept of "smart city", which is used to improve the quality of life and ensure human happiness in modern urbanism, has gained importance. Smart cities offer a holistic approach to ensure sustainable resource management in urban life. Evolved smart technologies are the most important option available to humanity for improvement. The only solution to climate change is to use various green energy technologies. Today, for these reasons, it is seen that cities are beginning to adapt to smart technologies.
