Özet

In order to maintain a competitive advantage in the face of rapid market changes and intensifying competition, businesses must prioritize continuous quality improvement. To achieve this, it is essential for businesses to prioritize employee motivation and implement management strategies that enhance this motivation, ultimately leading to enhanced employee efficiency. This study aims to examine the impact of the lean approach on employee motivation. The study was conducted on employees working in different departments within a textile company. The population of the study consisted of approximately 8,000 individuals, and a survey was administered to 100 randomly selected individuals using the convenience sampling method. In the study, two distinct scales were utilized to assess the perceptions of employees regarding lean management and motivation. The scales were selected based on their prior utilization in scientific studies.
