The areas of usage of artificial intelligence applications, which started to formwith the question of “Can Machines Think and How Can They Think (Arf, 1959)”,are increasing rapidly in today’s (2023) technology. The design, monitoring,control, and supervision of many systems developed in the context of today’stechnology can be provided by Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications.Automated systems that are able to make quick decisions and produce accurateand reliable results are being created.Nowadays, the use and effects of technologies developed with AI areincreasing in both social and business life. AI technology has become a commonsolution point for solving any problem, regardless of the programming language,thanks to the fact that it provides support for both the algorithm structure and theprogramming structure. Using the available data, AI technology mimics humanintelligence to perform defined or undefined tasks by combining algorithms andprogramming. The fulfillment of these tasks depends on the improvement of thealgorithms by mixing the available information with AI
