Özet
This chapter considers the hybrid intelligence (HI) model based on the combination of human and Artificial Intelligence (AI). HI aims to integrate human intuitive and ethical skills with AI’s data processing and automation capabilities. Today, when Digital Transformation is spreading rapidly, the issue of how humans and AI can work together more efficiently is becoming increasingly important. The empathetic and ethical values of human intelligence, combined with the powerful data analysis and automation capabilities of AI, enable healthier, informed, and faster decisions to be made. In this study, how the HI model is applied in the business world and the benefits and potential impacts of these applications on businesses are examined through the literature. Especially in areas such as customer relations, leadership strategies, decision support systems, and ethical issues, the impact of HI is increasing. The ethical values and intuitive thinking of human intelligence, combined with the data-driven analytical power of AI, enable safer and ethical decisions to be made. Moreover, the adoption of HI leads not only to technological innovation but also to major changes in organizational culture, leadership, and workforce dynamics. The chapter discusses the impact of this new approach on the workforce and its potential to increase employee motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment.
