significant importance, influencing residents' quality of life. This study explored
the role of smart technologies in elevating thermal comfort standards,

Addressing a research gap in understanding the nuanced determinants of adoption
and acceptance of smart technologies, the study explores current trends in
innovative smart design and their impact on thermal comfort in urban settings.
Methodologically, the research employs a quantitative survey to gather insights
into residents' perceptions and ratings of satisfaction in smart settings. prioritizing
thermal comfort. The analysis reveals significant findings that underscore the
importance of design considerations for smart living, offering professionals
