Özet

Harmony Search is a metaheuristic-based algorithm inspired by music. In order to adjust the parameters of the algorithm, an adaptive version of this algorithm was proposed. This algorithm is effective in control problems. In this study, the robustness of the adaptive harmony search was checked for a structural control problem. This problem is the optimization of seismic isolators, and it is checked for the uncertain mass of structures since mass is taken as a constant in the optimization process by assuming possible loading situations of the structure. As a result of the examinations, it was seen that the increase in the structure mass increased the acceleration reduction capacity of the isolators.
