Özet

Analysis of the hydrogen hubs and infrastructure developments for an industrial cluster plays an important and valuable role in real-world circumstances. The main purpose of this study is to derive the best decision among the considered alternatives with the help of a decision-making model, such as green hydrogen production hubs, blue hydrogen industrial hubs, hydrogen mobility and transport hubs, renewable energy storage hydrogen hubs, and integrated industrial hydrogen hubs. For this, this study derives the technique of the linguistic bipolar intuitionistic fuzzy model and also develops the model of Einstein operational. The Einstein operational laws are used for the construction of the averaging operator and geometric operator, because these operators help us in the valuation of the multi-attribute border approximation area comparison technique. Then, we discuss the comprehensive analysis of the hydrogen hubs and infrastructure development for an industrial cluster based on invented models. It also highlights the regulatory and policy circumstances required to accommodate the development of hydrogen hubs. Finally, we demonstrate some numerical examples and also evaluate the comparative analysis between the proposed and existing ranking values to state the validity of the derived theory.
