Abstract
In the study, the mediating role of transformational/interactionist leadership and creativity in the effect of innovation on organizational learning was examined. The population of the study consists of all foundation university employees operating in Istanbul, Türkiye and the sample consists of 407 academic employees working in three private foundation universities. Data were collected through online survey method. As a result of the analysis, it was found that innovativeness has a direct positive and significant effect on organizational learning. In addition, transformational/interactive leadership and creativity were also found to have a positive effect on organizational learning. In addition, transformational/interactive leadership and creativity were found to play a partial mediating role in the relationship between innovativeness and organizational learning.
