Teaching and Learning Centers (TLCs, or Centers for Teaching Excellence, or CTE) are established to help lecturers develop, evaluate and improve their teaching skills. Teaching and learning centers aim to contribute to the development of teaching and learning processes at the university level; to develop programs aimed at improving and enriching teaching for lecturers; to organize orientation programs for new lecturers; to offer programs that support students' academic self-development; to conduct high-quality research aimed at improving the learning environment; and to support the planning and execution of arrangements to improve learning and teaching by publishing and sharing research results with relevant units within the institution (Franz et al., 2004). Teaching and learning centers play an important role in ensuring access to high-quality education. The goal of this research is to look into the teaching and learning centers of Ivy League universities. Within the framework of this goal, the study was done using qualitative methodology and a qualitative content analysis technique. The study's population consisted of higher education institutions, and the sample consisted of the web pages of Ivy League University teaching and learning centers, which were chosen using criterion sampling from purposive sampling methods. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. According to the findings of this study, the activities of teaching and learning centers at Ivy League universities can be carried out concurrently by multiple units. For example, Harvard University includes several units that assist instructors and students with instructional design, educational technologies, and learning methodologies. The Derek Bok Center is an institution affiliated with the Faculty of Arts and Sciences that performs experimental investigations on educational sciences and provides university-wide advice on request. In contrast, VPAL is a structure that serves as the institution's "learning office" and targets the entire university. Similar buildings were seen at other Ivy League schools.
