5. ULUSLARARASI EĞİTİM TEKNOLOJİLERİ VE ÇEVRİMİÇİ ÖĞRENME KONFERANSI, Balıkesir, Türkiye, 26 Ağustos 2025 - 29 Nisan 2026, ss.319, (Özet Bildiri)
This study presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of scholarly literature on Bloom’s Taxonomy and its revised version, covering the period from 1980 to 2025. Drawing on data retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection, the study employs bibliometric techniques using VOSviewer and the Bibliometrix R package to examine publication trends, citation patterns, prolific authors, core journals, and thematic developments in the field. The findings reveal a significant increase in research interest following the 2001 revision of the taxonomy, with notable contributions from countries such as Türkiye, Indonesia, and Malaysia. Despite a growing volume of publications, the citation impact remains concentrated in a small number of high-influence works. Keyword analysis highlights persistent themes such as education, students, and science, while co-word and thematic evolution analyses indicate a shift toward digital learning, competency-based education, and interdisciplinary integration. Core sources were identified using Bradford’s Law, confirming the centrality of both national and international journals and conferences. The study concludes with recommendations for future research, including increased international collaboration, deeper theoretical engagement, and greater application of Bloom’s framework in emerging educational technologies.
