The comparison between liver function tests and ultrasonography signs of the two groups whom come to our ultrasonography laboratory with different prediagnosis was made one of the groups was including 100 cases with increased li ver echogenity in diffuse and homogen manner and the other was control group with 30 cases that have normal liver echo. The correlation and difference of the groups were discussed.
