Özet
This study aims to identify the key components that shape vineyard tourism by analyzing the experiences of tourists visiting vineyard hotels in Turkey. The research adopts a qualitative approach and utilizes content analysis to examine user-generated online reviews from visitors staying at vineyard hotels in Turkey. The data consist of 369 user-generated online reviews collected exclusively from TripAdvisor, covering the period between 2022 and 2024, and were analyzed systematically. The analysis reveals five main themes that shape the vineyard hotel experience: environmental atmosphere, spatial aesthetics, service quality, wine specialities and attributes (taste), and a multisensory bonding experience. These themes interact with each other, forming a multi-layered and interconnected experiential structure. This study contributes to the literature by focusing specifically on vineyard hotel guest experiences and proposing a five-dimensional experiential model. Additionally, by examining the co-occurrence of themes, the study provides a relational reading of vineyard hotel experiences and offers a context-specific extension to experiential wine tourism research.
