Özet
This work is aimed to determine the effect of introducing sustainability practices in the supply chain on the performance of organizations in the logistics and transport sector of Pakistan. The logistics and transport sector of Pakistan have a dynamic role in the country’s economy and sustainability practices in the sector is believed to be beneficial for the sector as well as society. In this work, state on the art is provided which is followed by the research design. Hypotheses are formulated to determine the effect of sustainability practices on profitability and operational efficiency of the organizations. Regression analysis is performed to validate the hypotheses. Based on the results, some recommendations are also presented in this work
