Portable fire extinguishers, one of the most used fire extinguishers today, are found in buildings and fire vehicles. Portable extinguishers are great for extinguishing incipient fires. Most of the time; A portable fire extinguisher can put out a small fire in a much shorter time, much easier than pulling out a hose. It is important to be knowledgeable about the various types of portable fire extinguishers and their correct use. In this study, various types of portable extinguishers that are likely to be encountered in the market are described.
