Abstract
The aim of this research is to determine the role
of artificial intelligence anxiety in the relationship between organizational
learning and performance. The population of the study consists of healthcare
workers, and the sample includes the healthcare employees of a private hospital
operating in Istanbul. A total of 177 employees participated in the research.
The data obtained through the survey technique were analyzed using a
statistical software package, with a 95% confidence level. To test the normal
distribution of the data, a normality test was conducted; a reliability test
was performed to measure the internal consistency of all scales used in the
study; exploratory factor analysis was applied to assess the validity of the
scale; correlation analysis was used to identify the relationships between
variables, and hierarchical regression analysis was performed for the mediation
test. The study concluded that artificial intelligence anxiety does not have a
mediating role in the relationship between organizational learning and
performance in organizations.
