Abstract
In the age of technology, employees' use of the
internet for non-work-related purposes during work hours is referred to as
"cyberloafing." This behavior negatively impacts employees' job
concentration and can also reduce organizational productivity. Cyberloafing
leads to issues such as distraction, time loss, decreased job performance,
burnout, and lowered motivation, all of which affect job concentration.
Non-work-related internet usage in the workplace causes a decline in focus,
reducing both individual and organizational performance. Therefore, this study
is designed to explore strategies to prevent cyberloafing and examine its
impact on job concentration.
