In recent years, highlycross-linked prefabricated polymethylmethacrylate(PMMA) resin blocks have been marketed for use in com-puter-aided design/manufacture (3). Thus, PMMA-basedmilled temporary restorations are particularly suitable foruse in longer clinical services, such as interdisciplinarytreatment strategies that involve an orthodontic phase. Asthey are industrially fabricated under standardized condi-tions, these CAD/CAM polymer materials exhibit improvedmechanical and esthetic properties (4). Therefore, the aimof this study was to assess the strength of different res-ines the PMMA block.CASE DESCRIPTION: To assess cemented by two differentresin ( voco meron plus and bisco duolink universal) polyme-thylmethacrylate (PMMA) blocks for computer-aided design/manufacture (CAD/CAM) fabrication of temporary restora-tions, following resine bonding strength and failure underorthodontic force. Telio CAD (Ivoclar- Vivadent) PMMA blocksmilled diamond bur. Two anterior crown cemented with con-ventional adhesive Voco Meron Plus, symmetrical two ante-rior crowns were used in combination with Prime dentporcelain etching (20 sec) and Bisco duolink universal andwas used to bond all-bond unıversal bisco bonding agent. These two study groups were checked every 3 weeks for 6months.DISCUSSION: With 6-month follow-up, periapical radiogra-phy and clinic observations confirmed clinically successfulresults for both cement groups.CONCLUSION/CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Meron plus andbisco dualink, which we preferred in the case report, areamong the cements commonly used in clinics. Whileorthodontic treatments continue, Due to the moderatemechanical properties, PMMA CAD/CAM temporary
