Lecturer Ali Çetinkaya is the Head of the Autonomous Systems Technician Program at the Vocational School of Istanbul Gelisim University. He teaches both theoretical and practical courses in artificial intelligence, embedded systems, robotics, data structures and algorithms, fuzzy logic, and microcontrollers, and develops projects based on Python, C, MATLAB, and Google Colab.
During his tenure as the Intellectual Property Rights Officer at Istanbul Gelisim University, he led the institution’s patent, utility model, and design registration processes.
Ranked among Turkey’s most active GitHub users, Çetinkaya produces educational content strengthens academia–industry collaboration through application-oriented projects. His algorithm designs and developed systems are protected under TPMK, WIPO, and EPO intellectual property frameworks.
