Asst. Prof. BİLGE TURP GÖLBAŞI

I am Dr. Lecturer Bilge TURP GÖLBAŞI. I have conducted academic studies on data analysis in signal processing and supported projects. Currently, I mainly teach courses in informatics fields such as Python and Data Mining. I have a CCNA certificate given by Cisco. In addition to my university education, I took MSCE training given by Microsoft for one year. I have an IELTS certificate in the field of language. I graduated from Istanbul University Electronics Technology associate degree, Istanbul University Management Information Systems and Business Administration undergraduate program. I completed my master's and doctorate in Computer Engineering and Business Administration at Istanbul Kültür University. I have worked at 3 universities in Türkiye for about 25 years. I was the department head of the management information systems department for 2 years and I am currently working at Istanbul Gelişim University Management Information Systems department, teaching informatics-oriented courses. I previously worked as an information systems specialist and network administrator in the IT department for 10 years and as a research engineer in the research center for 8 years. Together with my team, we completed a project in cooperation with TÜBİTAK, the most well-known and respected institution in Türkiye. In this project, I undertook the task of signal processing analyzes on the data. I took part in various academic researches by working with the teams of University of Bremen and Dokuz Eylül University in Germany. I have 15 articles, 6 of which have been scanned in SCI journals, 35 presentations and 5 book chapters. I received science awards for 5 years from 2010 to 2015. My main research topics are: signal processing, data analysis, technology and innovation, digital marketing, information systems.
