Biyografi

Dr. Mert Yildirim is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering at Istanbul Gelisim University. He received his B.Sc., M.Sc., and MBA degrees from Istanbul University and his Ph.D. degree from Istanbul University-Cerrahpasa.

During his undergraduate and graduate studies, he has led many research projects. His research focused on emerging materials such as bionanomaterials, soft materials, shape-memory materials, self-healing materials, and multifunctional advanced materials.

He was honored with many best project awards in national competitions such as the "Furniture R&D Project Competition," the "Entrepreneurship and Innovation Project Competition," the "Chemistry R&D Project Competition," and others.
